The final farm release, documented for what comes next.
Southwest Mushrooms is closing its physical production chapter. The remaining dried inventory is available while it lasts. The books, procedures, Grower’s Circle, and cultivation workspace carry the work forward.
150 pounds of dried mushrooms, released by lot.
The remaining inventory includes Lion's Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Shiitake, Oyster. Current lots are available below. Once a listed lot sells out, it will not be replenished. Tinctures are intentionally off sale while their batch records and labels are reviewed.
The farm is evidence, not a promise of future stock.
The lab, harvests, successes, and failures remain the source material for the books and software. They are preserved here as an operating record, without implying that cultures, spawn, equipment, or future physical production are available.

The work that remains available worldwide.
The method, the library, and Grower’s Circle.
Species protocols, the printable flow hood, the digital library, and the Grower’s Circle now have one knowledge home. This is where the documented cultivation method continues to develop.
The cultivation workspace.
Capture observations, inspect photos, retain grow history, and turn the book and protocols into a working record. It remains a dedicated grower product, with shared systems infrastructure behind it.
Stay with the record after the physical inventory is gone.
New protocol notes, software releases, library updates, and Grower’s Circle sessions are the next chapter.
Cultivation field notes, every week.
What we're running on the farm, working protocols, and unfinished SOPs we want eyes on before they ship.
